  1. Just 3 more months to mud season...
  2. Very true! Ive been telling that to Diane when she complains that it's 0. In past years negative temperatures were a daily occurrence. And we haven’t been anywhere near the -30s of yore
  3. Want mine? I have no use for them yet get a plethora
  4. I love this picture of my mom today. The trees look awesome
  5. Went on a weenie walk in my yard with Diane and my mom
  6. 6.5" our total. Nice storm but pretty windy so lots of drifting - the stake only went form 8" to 10". First part was flour, got stickier overnight so the trees are nicely covered.
  7. Surprisingly heavy here, all sugary stuff. Lots of blowing. Windy and 13F. About 10" at the stake. Definitely feels like winter.
  8. Up to -7 from a low of -16. Spectacular sunrise over Mt Washington!
  9. Yes this totally sucks. It’s -6 at 6 pm. Not right.
  10. Pretty amazing upslope rates tonight. Equally amazing is that Diane says that 5 miles away there is absolutely nothing falling.
  11. Some of the upslope tonight is really intense
  12. Couldn't help myself. Went out to measure. Git an additional 1.9 bringing the total to 8.8". Intense squall at the moment so we are still adding.
  13. Comes in waves but still snowing nicely at times. I'll measure in the morning but I'd guess about 10" total
  14. Back to moderate at times heavy snow with fat flakes after a brief graupel-ly lull
  15. Did a reading here as the wind is starting to pick up. 6.9" so far. Looking good!
  16. Wowzer. It's dumping. This is heading into the post office (aka Mount Washington Hotel). The hotel should be right in front of you (it's taken from the driveway). Next stop, ski slopes
  17. Thanks painful process getting it built, but very happy with it
  18. Nice snow tonight. Not heavy but big flakes
  19. It was interesting driving around today. First time I've ever seen Littleton have more snow than Bretton Woods! Looks like they stayed pretty cold down there, with a solid 3-4 cover everywhere and even snow on roofs! Goes away quickly as you rise in elevation in neighboring Bethlehem, where it's just patches (as all elevated areas). Microclimates are so fascinating.
