  1. Yo that was me with math in high school...Somehow x always ended up equaling square...lol I mean I Literally had an overall math class's average of 64.5...by the last month of senior year. Principal took pity on me and said "write a paragrah on a mathematician and we'll give you the extra .5" Lol
  2. We obviously need to elect more weenies into congress--certainly they could've stopped this 1130 2pm madness!!!
  3. That sentiment has been echoed over the Twitter verse...lol I mean seripusoy, of all things...THIS? Booooooo....
  4. Yeah I was just reading how they tried it under the Nixon admin...people hated it, lol
  5. So this is the federal level...unfortunately. Yuck
  6. Ha...Ya know, we talk about the 70s and the lack of snow...look at this: 1,2,3,4, FIVE Ninas in the 70s...lol Sweet mercy! And in after the first two back-to-back ninas, ya get a break...except it's the big Super Niño of 1972-73 that completely overwhelmed everything and produced almost nothing. So that's 6 winters of the 70s right there! Would explain a lot...lol
  7. Yeah probably, lol Yes they have for whatever reason...I mean even since the first storm they called "Bomb cyclone" (I'm starting to disdain the term because it now feels overused, lol)...and I think that was the 2017-18 nina...the beach has been where it's at! I wouldn't be surprised if they've got more snow than I-95 that past 6-7 years. Now have ninas before then benefited the shore...or has it been, as you said, just lately?
  8. Sure as heck hope it's wrong. Because wouldn't La nina conditions persisting into summer pretty much squash chances for a niño? (And I don't wanna think about nina round 3, smh)
  9. And just as we say that, this almost ruined my evening...smh You've gotta be kidding me
  10. Dang...we gonna be lookin' at a 3rd la nina? Smh
  11. You get the award for most snow-focused real estate selection You didn't just settle for Manchester elevation, you decided to be all extra and went looked for a top of a ridge, hahaha That is awesome!
  12. Seriously! @psuhoffman Is that a view of the rest of town? (I still don't know where precisely you are, lol)
  13. Albeit last year was a bit of an exception...because we had a good look that winter...except for the cold air, lol
  14. Hm...3.5 inches to D.C. but 15-20 in DE...Oh wow I wonder which enso state THAT was? And what kind of system it was? Lol (3 guesses and ya only need one each)
  15. Nah wasn't that like April 2nd that year? (At least the flurries I'm thinking of)
  16. This winter was very much a forum divided winter. Further south/southeast you were the better!
  17. Wow pretty good band moving through now! Large, parachuting flakes getting blown almost sideways...awesome! Now see, I think we woulda needed more of this kind of thump to get any pavement accumulation, lol Eta: by @Baltimorewx
  18. That's true. I mean...could we say March sun angle as well? It seems like in March you almost really need heavy rates--especially during the daytime. So overall I'm not sure today can be used as an example of it getting harder to snow. Don't think this woulda worked 20 years ago, lol
  19. Kinda slept through the first part of this one...woke up a little before 8 and it was wind-blown sleet just changing over. Woke up to see all the grassy areas covered and quite windy--nice little last March hoorah for a winter that kinda underwhelmed for some of us, lol
  20. Its almost 7am and i got 16 more degrees to drop Did that exact thing happen a few weeks ago or no?
  21. Why do you torture yourself so? Just let it happen, brother.
  22. Yeah I don't like Lanina's crew...they kinda suck and are incredibly biased towards teams like the Beachers and the Northeastans...
