    Weird motion to the storms S of the metroplex. Some are moving due north, some due east, some NE and some stationary.

    No measurable precipitation for me so far today. Some green went overhead but nothing reached the ground.

    DFW just closed down its entire departure bank. It’s hailing there. And the worst is yet to come. They’ve had a horrific week.

    That’s so frustrating. I remember a few years ago Boston had something like 16 baserunnners and were shut out.

    I refuse to step foot into one but huh. Saw some SM outlast about it from them. They do love Jesus tho, enough to steal from employees and counties!

    Christmas stuff is out at a major chain craft store.

    Today we were at Arlington National Cemetery burying my wife’s grandmother. I won’t dox myself but our grandparents and great grandparent are about 30 yards from Abner in Section 1 so it’s always nice saying hi to him.

    A buddy down there improvised and tied a telephone pole to his backhoe and used it as a rake to move hail.

    58 was my low. Off to Arlington for a funeral. Hope it’s not too muggy in the fishbowl.

    77 was my high. It actually ended up warmer than I expected.

    For the TL, DR crowd, +1-3 degrees in June and July and a “sweltering” +4 August.

    20 mins from noon and it’s 69 and oh so fine.

    Wait the Bears needed OT? They were up 4-2 when I turned it off, with like 80 seconds to go. How the F did they allow 2 goals in the last 80 seconds???

    The Lancaster Country Club brought the best women’s golfer in the world to her knees. She shot a 10!!! on 12 (her 3rd hole of the day) Great weather for the US Open. Pretty windy, though.

    Also for anyone around Hershey, Troegs today is doing a fundraiser with the Humane Society of Harrisburg and all proceeds go toward the shelter. They will have dogs for adoption there, too. Dinner and drinks for a good cause on a beautiful day!

    Everyone I know in Texas is absolutely exhausted this week with all the storms they've had the past two weeks. They're so over it, and so much damage is everywhere and trees down it's really unsettling for them.

    Added another .01 tonight! So … .015 for the day!

    Thankfully all that spring moisture will save us from a drought. But it might get very dry.

    It’a already dry and no rain today and none in the next week I expect stuff to start browning quickly.

    Not a drip from that line that spit over head. I think I’ll end the day with a whopping essential trace. Dirt isn’t even remotely damp.
