  1. Abilene, Texas, has double the snow total of most of Pennsylvania.
  2. I LOVE it’s going to rain basically nonstop until early afternoon Thursday right when the temp starts to plummet from 15+ above average to below average so it dries up when it’s in the 10s and 20s
  3. PennDOT hasn't had to run a plow all season here and I don't think they've dropped any salt either. Think of all the money saving!
  4. Noticed this morning our roses have buds. Totally normal.
  5. Two years ago we flee PHL-LHR is 5:50 and I thought that was nuts lol.
  6. A BA 747 set a (subsuoersonic) record in flight time from NY to London last night. 4 hours, 58 minutes, crazzzzzy.
  7. No snow but I have wind gusting into the mid to upper 20s the last 30 minutes. WTF?
  8. We saw hyacinths yesterday fully poked out. Mosquitoes this year will be absolutely out of control.
  9. Wow, that’s very unusual and probably never happened before.
  10. Ah 9”. The pattern just doesn’t want to change for the east coast. It is what it is. Ignoring snow itself it’s not been cold this year at all. My heating costs are almost 40% lower than last year. Bugs will be brutal this summer.
  11. Isn’t the lowest around 8”? Sitting at right around 6” currently. Im not cancelling entirely because March is kinda nuts but March snows suck in a way that disappear in 2 days max.
  12. Save for some March random storm I’m pretty confident Harrisburg is set to have the worst snowfall in the past 100 or whatever years. February looks toast at the moment.
  13. We were driving down 11/15 during it + it ended right before Front St in Wormlysburg.
  14. I figured this would be heavily elevation-dependent, so looks like that's the case.
  15. TOR warning just south of the border in Westminster.
  16. Hey look a wind advisory for tomorrow, 20-30 mph sustained with gusts up to 55.
  17. My guess is 0-1”. I doubts roads are an issue at all anywhere except the higher elevations and far out west. Down here - nothing like a driving rainstorm in February’s first week to really make you want to move to Yellowknife.
  18. Popping in from the baring winter wasteland known as Harrisburg. Hoping you guys get an overperformer - I'll be watching!
  19. Parts of West Texas had 6” or so of snow today. They had an October storm too and more than double Harrisburg’s seasonal total. I give up.
  20. I was thinking about @SnowPlowGuy88 the other day (haven't seen him around lately). I feel for all those that livelihood depends on actual winter. Same for @Voyager who has little work because the calendar but in actuality it's been perfect weather for daytrips.
