  1. Also snow is done here. 5”. Curious what @Blizzard of 93, @sauss06 and @djr5001 report.
  2. Damn 22 dead (likely to rise) in Lee County, Alabama, after a tornado ripped through. Had my roof lifted off while I was in a closet from a tornado in 1997 and will never understand how we weren’t killed.
  3. Someone should tell ABC27 you don’t measure snow officially from a parking lot. Edit to add: I don’t mean to be snarky. But you are a meteorologist at a news station.
  4. Lemoyne (just across the River) is out. Trees are really weighed down.
  5. Indeed. Kinda wild with a winter of basically nothing but cutters Harrisburg will have ~40” snow. Go figure!
  6. Looks messy. Frozen at first at this moment but definitely ends as rain. Tons of time.
  7. This is beautiful snow. It’s a little wet so sticks well to trees and whatever for that white winter glow. Eyeballing about 2.5” so far today. Roads might have .25-.5” on them. Radar looks very promising.
  8. Update: my stepping stones have a dusting on them now. Hoping we get enough on roadways tonight for a two hour work delay tomorrow!
  9. Yea starting to slowly cover my mulch bed here in Harrisburg and cars are starting to cover. In an hour or two I think we start seeing it have an affect on sidewalks.
  10. It’s actually mixing with plain rain right now in Harrisburg. We had to run to Wegmans in Mechanicsburg and it’s dumping snow there though
  11. And it went to decent snow pretty quickly. It’s wasted but still so so so pretty
  12. Light - very light - snow in Harrisburg. Will be several hours until it starts sticking but snow is better than no snow.
  13. For me, anything > 4” tomorrow is a win. Only one storm over that this season, so yea that’s my threshold.
  14. Hey @daxx or @djr5001 any idea last time Harrisburg had 3 consecutive days of measurable snow (not counting traces)?
  15. Ok thanks. Yea I don’t mean “winning” as a gripe - instead I always thought with this setup 95 East is raining.
  16. My nephew and his fiancé are visiting from Texas, flying into Philly Wednesday morning. She literally might die.
