Went on a nice 5 mile walk today. 64 degrees, light breeze, not bad for a spring day here.

Spring is officially here. Lots of 60s this next 10 days. Starting tomorrow .

What a bizarre day. Started with heavy rain, had a little flurry shower, had 10 or so minutes of groupel, then sun out then strong winds kicked in.

MDT has 2.2” rain as of 9 pm. It poured for hours after that.

This is legit rain. We don’t get heavy rain often compared to Texas, but this is borderline heavy.

I don’t have a gauge currently but I believe it has rained 12.78” today.

What the hell is that 30" mark there next to the MDT 41"? That makes absolutely zero sense.

Harrisburg might get 2-2.5” rain tomorrow. Then winds 40+ Friday, I expect power outages.

I took astronomy my sophomore year in college. I went the first day, got the syllabus, then went for the midterm and final. Never bought the book - a friend took it the semester before so I just read hers and took the exams and aced it. .... I know nothing about astronomy. Good credit usage there huh lol.

Yeah, please stick around. We're a great group of posters and usually have no drama. Well we had a little a few weeks ago for some reason I'm not sure about but I think it's all settled down again.

We are staring down a mini drought.

We are in NYC and it was 74 and people are wearing winter f’n coats. I’m sweating. That line that went through MDT looked impressive on RadarScope. Wonder if it holds it together here - night hot right when our show lets out around 10:20.

Wow, rare site for Michigan. My parents had straightline winds last night that took off roofs all over their town. They are fine, just lost a tree an the fence it crushed.
