  1. Sounds like a way to get a trending YouTube video …..ll
  2. Kinda why last winter was so enjoyable. Wasn’t cold but had several nice storms and minimal nuisance bs.
  3. I just want to wear a coat again. My LL Bean fleece is all I’ve needed this year.
  4. 45 and brightening here. About to go weed - who’d thought we would have (and need) perfect weeding weather in late December?
  5. If it were 20 degrees colder a loooooot of people would be pissed today with this non event. I have .06” and it looks like that’s it lol
  6. Think tmrw afternoon is dry and fairly warm. This December blows.
  7. I’m so sorry - it’s a quagmire right now. Hang in there. ERs are turning away people which is frightening. We got our boosters 5 weeks ago so peek efficiency but we are hunkered back down and not doing any social stuff and very limited trips into buildings.
  8. PA is totally screwed - ERs aren't accepting patients around the LSV. And the new wave isn't here entirely yet - this is all Delta which we didn't get the huge peak of like the south did.
  9. The NHL is starting to shut down teams. Big NHL outbreak ongoing right now.
  10. 57 here. I'm about to go cut the grass - it's getting long.
  11. Haven't had a Farm Show storm in a long time ... maybe since we can't get another any other time we'll flip that script in 2022.
  12. I have verrrrrrrrrry fair skin. I sunburn very easily. In Texas growing up, I could be outside about 10 minutes before I would burn in August. With sunblock, it was of course longer. Now, however, I start burning after 5 minutes and if at 10 I blister. My skin hasn't changed at all. I also notice when in direct sun with no wind the power of the heat is more than it was earlier. I don't mean it's hotter, but the feeling of the sun power is moreso. It's hard to describe, but I the ozone might not block as many rays naturally as it used to, the angle has changed, etc.
  13. WIndows open, tshirt on. It's warm in the sun, feels like May. That's one thing climate change is bringing that temps don't necessarily give you - the sun strength is so much more than it was growing up.
  14. Anyone know the record number of days highs were above 40 at MDT in winter? We are gonna be near 15 at least soon. Insanity.
  15. Huuuuuge windstorm is gonna hit a big chunk of the west/midwest. Fires might be a problem out west.
  16. This is the difference in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
  17. I'm over here realizing this area is turning pretty quickly into the mid south.
  18. Yeah, true, there are probably parts of the panhandle that have more snow than anywhere in PA outside some mountain tops.
  19. Can't tell you how many people in Texas asked me how bad our winter has been (they mean with cold and snow). Our weather is becoming much more close to Texas' than I thought possible. I guess at least it's not as humid ... yet.
