  1. Sun is definitely getting the warmth back. Feels warm with a hoodie in in the sun and if the wind goes calm.
  2. Holy wind, batman. Blowing in the 40s constantly now - sounds like trains outside.
  3. What is chow chow? And I don't think I've ever had a Martins potato chip actually ...
  4. Nazis, Putin supporters, pickled eggs, dollar/discount stores, Giant, Oklahoma, aggies and closed-mindness.
  5. Red mulch fils me with rage. IT IS. NOT. A. NATURAL. COLOR.
  6. There really is absolutely nothing to track on LR models, huh. This will go down as my least-favorite winter here in the 15 years I've been here. Just brutally awful.
  7. Ha! Right after I posted it starts to accumulate. Haven been outside so bo idea how roads are
  8. Go figure. My mulch looks fresh - yet wet - still lol
  9. Heavy sleet for 30 mins. Ins but it’s melting on contact, even to grass.
  10. Don’t get your hopes up. Looks like no snow at all, minimal sleet and some light zr.
  11. I am shocked - shocked I say - as temps get colder we likely see the qpf move away. History repeats itself over and over and over and over and over and over.
  12. Only thing I worry about is all season warmth has rushed in wayyyyyy quicker than modeled by many of them so I can see the warm tongue melting near the surface.
  13. From what I understand models are very poor at separating zr/sleet. Parameters and rates look like much more sleet than zr to me, except perhaps very late into the storm.
  14. My parents in Texas experienced a 57 degree temp swing in 24 hours. 89 at 2 pm yesterday, was 31 at 2 pm today. Currently it’s sleeting and they have iced surfaces everywhere. Go do a Google traffic look at Dallas ….
  15. They've listed every possible weather for me lol Thursday Night Rain, snow, freezing rain, and sleet before 1am, then snow, freezing rain, and sleet between 1am and 4am, then rain, snow, freezing rain, and sleet after 4am. The sleet could be heavy at times. Low around 30. Southeast wind 3 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New ice accumulation of around a 0.1 of an inch possible. New snow and sleet accumulation of less than one inch possible. Friday Rain and sleet before 11am, then a chance of rain between 11am and 3pm. High near 42. Southeast wind 6 to 14 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New sleet accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
  16. Drats, I didn't. I think they're way late though - I sense a big warmup the 2nd week of March, even if shortlived.
  17. We've had a nearly snowless winter, I see no reason to doubt March is dry and cold and then warm and wet just like February has been.
