    We basically never ever win with warm air from the SE pouring into the upper levels to scoot out cold air. I suspect that doesn’t change much tomorrow. I don’t expect any snow, just sleet.

    This is essentially a tropical storm. Heavy rains, winds gusting to the 40s.

    Think the heavy rain and win Thursday night is a bigger deal in the LSV than freezing precip - looks downright tropical storm in nature.

    Messy. Game time decision in sleet or snow then how quick thermals rise to flip to rain. Might be .5” slosh with 2” rain or 4” snow with .5” rain. Windy too.

    Issue is the turnpike at 12:30 am in strong wind and heavy rain. NWS calling 2-3” rain overnight Thursday into Friday for PHL.
