We do but it gets salt-covered immediately. The roads are white.

I just hit 20 about 10 minutes ago. We right now likely have more snowpack than most areas around us so that might be why. @Mount Joy Snowman probably can speak to this since he was in town yesterday iirc.

Yup. There are some patches in the ice here and there but it's a big ice jam N of the dock street dam. It's been frozen over for a week now. I posted a pic Tuesday of it.

Best you can do is skim the river for ice and melt it.
