  1. There is extremely little melting going on here.
  2. Do I need to go and try to scrape this mess of my sidewalks in the rain, or will it melt today on its own?
  3. Main ones look OK but side/alleys are (well were at 7 am) a rink. Haven't been outside since then.
  4. Plain rain now. Let's get this ice mess melted asap today off the roads, they're incredibly dicey here.
  5. What a mess out there. About .5” of a strange sleet/zr ness. It was pouring sleet at 4:30 am.
  6. CTP has taken nearly all zr out of my grid Tonight Snow, freezing rain, and sleet before 4am, then snow and sleet. The sleet could be heavy at times. Low around 29. Calm wind becoming southeast 5 to 9 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Little or no ice accumulation expected. Total nighttime snow and sleet accumulation of less than one inch possible. Thursday Rain, snow, freezing rain, and sleet before noon, then a chance of rain between noon and 3pm. The sleet could be heavy at times. High near 42. Southeast wind 5 to 9 mph becoming south in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New ice accumulation of less than a 0.1 of an inch possible. New snow and sleet accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
  7. It looks like it’s gong to snow. I wish it was instead of sleet / zr. Our agency had closed all offices for Thursday - all remote work.
  8. It’s too damn quiet in here when we are 24 hours away from starting perhaps the most winter week and a half we’ve had in a long long time.
  9. Ooof my friend let’s not joke about things that can easily happen
  10. Thanks. Wife has to drive all over God’s green earth Saturday until 1 or 2 so that’s good news. The bad news is she has to drive to State College Thursday am …:
  11. This Saturday event. What are we looking at and the timing? Have not been able to pay attention today.
  12. I'm excited to read "sleet showers" in the grid forecast for tomorrow evening.
  13. "The only populated place in the U.S. that comes close to Copenhagen this winter is the ski village of Alta, Utah, at 217 inches. That’s according to data compiled by the National Regional Climate Centers database." Wow. How doe @Itstrainingtime not have a house up there?!
  14. True - I should refine that to say by the time it comes to commuting
  15. Call me a negative Nellie but I think temps here all week keep any accumulations near zero. Thursday looks to soar to 50, and Saturday looks to say in the mid to upper 30s.
  16. He might need the paddles to restart his heart
  17. I'll go KC 27 PHL 20. I think the Chiefs load the box and "contain" Barkley reasonably well and force Hurts to try to throw over them but not too successful. And Mahomes, love him or hate him, is a magician.
