  1. Their coverage area seems to be about the average size of most other office except out west where 25 people live on 300 sq miles.
  2. Harrisburg is not in any winter headline. CTPs grid has me getting 1” snow.
  3. Wind advisories up for the entire region. ...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST FRIDAY... * WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Central Pennsylvania. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
  4. Wife's a huge fan. She's happy we are postponing a quick trip to Florida until next weekend so she can see her. It starts at 7, so maybe we can get out of there before the roads turn to trash.
  5. Might fall right under advisory criteria as sustained winds look to be under 25. Gusts near 40.
  6. I guess that's true, I thought of tomorrow being a clipper but you're right it's much more of a boundary. Thanks for correcting that for me.
  7. Thanks. We moved our flight to next weekend but have tickets for a show in Hershey at 8. Hopefully it doesn’t get too bad before 10ish.
  8. What’s the timing looking like for tomorrow’s widespread 2-5” event?
  9. To my credit I called this storm over the weekend with my “Saturday looks intriguing” post!
  10. I’ll be shocked if the entire sub forum doesn’t get put into a wind advisory Thursday / Thursday overnight.
  11. Have been out the entire day with a terrible work day so haven’t had a chance to read much (plus I saw math up thread and I was told there would be no math). I thought this would be a Saturday morning to midday event. Is it moved up to Friday evening now? That’ll suck as we have a plane to catch that evening.
  12. Anything in the sun or on pavement is toast but a good 3-4” on shaded spots.
  13. Makes me question if I had more than 6”. I was late measuring. Also Thursday until Friday looks quite windy. Joy
  14. My unplowed, unshoveled driveway is bare pavement now. Jeez.
  15. Sunny and 39 at noon. It’s crazy bright out.
  16. Juneau just had its slowest month ever - 76" snow in January. In an El Niño, that's crazy.
  17. Are you going with 5 or 5.5 with this? I got both and think 5 was compaction. It's like shoveling a swimming pool now. Sun's out, sounds like it's raining with the melt.
