  2. What a refreshing NW breeze blowing thru the house this morning, And lol on the clouds and 70 dews, Like that changes the swampy outcome.
  3. I bet that graph looks a little different if you actually start it in New England not the Mid Atlantic.
  4. He doesn't get it, 80/50 is the weather most like, You want tropical weather, Move to the southern states, There's a reason why most winter in the south and come back north in the summer.
  5. Should trigger some heavier showers but looks to be scattered, After the FROPA, Tomorrow should feel great after today, But it looks to be a one day reprieve.
  6. We were never going to see heavy stuff today, Maybe some heavier showers late evening but pretty meh overall as far as storms go.

  10. Congrats Brian on tying the knot, Nothing really changes, Wife and i had lived together for 6 years before we got married, And we've been married 36 yrs.

  12. Yup, Nice, They're very territorial and will protect an area from invaders, They prey on most insects as well.
  13. Yup, The dragon flies are your friend, They are the enemy to the greenheads, deer and horse flies, That's why i welcome them when i see them around.

  15. Import some dragon flies and you won't see any of them, When we have the dragon flies at the golf course, The horse/deer flies are no where to be found, They pick them off right in mid air.

Yeah when renting, It’s somebody else’s problem, As a home owner, Take in whatever you can from folks that are willing to help you out, It does become more rewarding and gives you a feeling of self accomplishment when you can do it on your own and save you a lot of $$$ along the way if you can do it successfully.
  18. Had taken vocational trades when I was in school so those have served me well over the years besides learning along the way working as an apprentice or a helper in others.
  19. I have learned over the years, That you have to become a jack of all trades as a homeowner as long as you have the required tools to perform the task at hand especially today with google and you tube available to execute it.
