Saw that, Nam/Euro was hitting his area the last few runs.
Pretty impressive for Mid Nov........

...RECORD BREAKING EARLY SEASON COLD SNAP IN CARIBOU...
Caribou has set a record low temperature the last 3 mornings:
* Nov 16: 8F (old record 10F in 1985)
* Nov 17: -1F (old record 4F in 1943)
* Nov 18: 0F (old record 3F in 1943)
The -1F in Caribou on Nov 17 was the earliest 0F or colder reading on
record. The previous record earliest was Nov 21 with -1F.
Also, the 2 days straight of 0F or colder in Caribou on Nov 17-18 was
easily the earliest 2 days straight of 0F or colder on record. The
previous record earliest was Nov 30-Dec 1 (1941).
Even multiple 12" storms are not all that easy to pull off in a season, I've had season here where we had none but still had an above avg winter because of more falling in the 6-8" ranges.
An elevated board is not ideal in windy conditions but is effective when there is no wind, The ground board works well in most all conditions except extremely windy conditions which we see here being close to the coast that you have to take 6 measurements at times to avg it out.
