  1. Should be "the DMV AREA" and then it all makes sense
  2. The Department of Motor Vehicles isn't impressed?
  3. point and click isn't going to match warning wording. i think point and click is all computer derived, while warnings/watches, etc., are human derived. thus the discrepancies.
  4. Thank you I hope you're right by the way!
  5. You're right, he was disrespectful to you with the magic mushroom comment. ignoring him and letting him look like a fool is better than you responding and calling him a douche. my two cents.
  6. He left me went on to work for the state instead. he's still doing well though, he posts on his facebook weather page all the time.

  8. will you all grow up and act like adults. my goodness.
  9. yep. once winds shift to come from the east, the warmer air will filter in.
  10. the further west you go the better the chances are, obviously. but if precip comes in hot and heavy enough you could put down a 3+ inches before any flip. its going to come down to real time observations, there are so many minute details that will make a big difference on who booms vs who busts.
  11. The potential is there for 5", hence the warning. Will it happen, who knows?
  12. I'm not surprised you got one. It will take longer for Westminster to switch over, if at all, thus you stay snow longer, under heavy rates. Happy for you!
  13. lol at using accuweather. LWX has Parkton within 2-3" range.
  14. Indeed. I highly doubt I see 5" out of this. 2-3" sounds reasonable IMBY before a flip.
