    COVID-19 Talk

The Johns Hopkins dashboard now includes county based hospital information, but isn't quite specific enough to get an idea on how strained things are. it lists total numbers, but not what is being used.

    COVID-19 Talk

I wish we had a better idea of what hospitals patients are going to and how strained they are. Being the spatial nerd that I am, I would love to see the zip-code data overlaid with hospital locations and the range at which they serve. just to get an idea of how strained they are, or are not.

  8. ill take mammatus over most things in a severe event. no wind here, or hail. but boob clouds? HECK YES
  9. usual routine was 10-11 bedtime, 5am wake up time. i'm now staying up until closer to midnight most nights and alarm set for 7. we've become lazy lol
  10. blue sky coming soon, still under the edge of the cloud deck
  11. little rumbles here, nothing terribly exciting.

  13. hearing lots of rumbles of thunder now. lot of activity north in PA from Hanover to York. @showmethesnow probably had a nice storm
  14. yeah, if you put radar in motion you can see the tail-end of it starting to hook
  15. probably best when little inflow notches keep popping up and disappearing. lots of low level rotation within the line.
  16. some wind within, but looks like a little area of possible rotation near Boonsboro, just east of Keedysville
  17. If you're north, like me, don't sleep on the stuff out west near Hagerstown. Should move east along the PA/MD line
  18. because as standard practice, watches/warnings/advisories are always in a time frame that is longer than the possible threat. its just normal practice
  19. blue sky popping through the clouds here. low rumbles of thunder off to my east
