  2. the weekend was nice overall. even saturday's cloudiness. we had one friend and her dogs come over yesterday for an afternoon of beer, food and the sun. kiddo went swimming, though she did not stay in the pool for very long haha
  3. lol I’m not that bad.
  4. pffft add 20 plus some to that. next year, i am going to troll his old over the hill ass so badly. mwahahahahaha
  5. FYI Balt Co folks - as of 9am tomorrow, retail shops, barber shops and salons may open up for business. 10 or less allowed inside at a time.

  7. Today is Andy's birthday, be sure to tell him he's old.
  8. but this weather is terrible for the pool, which is open and patiently waiting for hotter temps
  9. Today is equally awful. Did get outside with the kiddo and did a weather science lesson today, saw some military jets fly by too. couldn't tell you what kind, big bulky tails on them. boxy.
  10. Terrible spring weather. So hard to get outside and enjoy when it’s windy and chilly
  11. 12. we put fertilizer into the soil and gave it a good till. the garden plot also serves as a burn pile for brush and the like during the fall/winter. so lots of really good soil for those plants. then topped it off with mulch.
  13. and to be fair, each rec group announces as they see fit. just because my area made the call a while ago, doesn't mean your area did. either way, sucks for the kids.
  14. hey @FXW176 got my flowers in the ground over the weekend. need to run out and pick up more to fill my space. But i noticed new growth on all of them yesterday, so the transplant didn't screw them up too much. so exciting!
  15. pretty sure this call was made a while ago. my husband sits on a rec council for our area
  16. nah, id let you sweat it out a bit longer
  17. id bring you back, eventually. dont worry.
  18. there is gross food in this thread because of him, do i pull the trigger or you?
  19. oh @40westwx i give you a second chance at life and you go and mess it up in the NE thread.
  20. there will be guidelines for daycares next week. but i agree, it will be hard for to juggle going back to work without child care. also, with counties ultimately deciding what course is best, i think Hogan was being pressured to make a move, but then passed the buck to the counties, leaving him off the hook for any anger moving forward.
  21. Don’t celebrate too much... each county will be opening as they see fit based on cases and local concerns. More rural areas will open up much sooner than those closer to 95 and the cities. as subforum mommy, please all be safe when you do venture out. And just because you can go out, doesn’t mean you should. Stay well.
