i think there is a time and place for them. ellinwoods snow maps are always appreciated, while waterboy has made some hilarious maps over the years. People are excited for the chance next week, so I totally get it. I just think some of the snow maps, especially for Monday, are LOL.

people post a lot of snow maps. monday is going to be mostly a cold rain for many, lol at these maps showing 4-5 inches for some.

Yes, thanks. Slight confusion over which event. We should try to be more clear when we are discussing. If Monday’s event trends colder, we can open a thread this weekend, and wait until early week for the late week threat. But for now try and be more clear

I think there is one day in January where my area and west were yellow, got 5 or 6 out of that one. pretty much the only good event up this way.

lol good point. i dont often complain, anything other than rain is fine, but i just hate when its not a nice storm for all.

arg, i hate the event as shown for next week. i always sit right at the edge of snow/rain and it sleets for hours instead.
