    as long as that 850 layer stays +1 or above, your precip will be sleet unless it falls fast enough to cool the column. so far that's not happening.

    9am updated of SPC meso shows the warm 850 layer now south of Baltimore, cuts through northern AA county, eastern Howard, southeastern MoCo and north of DC
