Hugs to you friend. Many of us here know exactly what you’re going through. I wish I could say it gets easier, it doesn’t. Your whole sense of self changes after experiencing a big loss as you have. And that’s okay. One day at a time, lean on your friends and family and let yourself grieve. Here for you if you ever need anything.
