So funny -- yesterday evening when there was a lot of virga showers around (which was cool to watch them pass by to my west), I noticed a similar feature from one of the little cells as it passed by that looked just like that little funnel.

Did a walk around the yard last night and still nothing.

Was nice in the afternoon yesterday (and I assume all afternoons this week, didn't really go outside much during the day). Evenings are still too chilly for my liking, which is where my complaints have come from. Kiddo has had two baseball games this week and sitting in shady areas at 7pm has been CHILLY. Weekend looks great though. Next week however is what I want. Give me 80s

FYI: before you get too excited about the mask change, it still falls to your state governor and county leaders to make the final call. MD has already said they will NOT drop the mask mandate until 70% vaccination goal has been reached. PA is dropping their immediately. Haven't heard what VA is doing. Please make sure you check your local guidelines before going mask free, and still respect what businesses you go into and their mask guidelines. Don't be that guy. And stop bitching with each other like 5 year olds. We are so freaking close to having a sense of real normalcy again and yall wanna fight over stupid shit. Be happy and stop being immature children.

I cant speak for WV and what they are doing in terms of mandates and such, but this is exactly what Hogan is going for with his 70% goal for vaccines before lifting the mask mandate. Its understood that there will always be some who do not want it (and that's their right) but you have to end it eventually, when metrics say it is safe to do so. CDC saying no more masks indoors for those vaccinated will be a huge push for governors to start lifting mandates.

I am sure they will. But regardless of what the CDC recommends, we are to follow what our Governors and Counties recommend first and for most. Okay. Again, this is the mid-atlantic where we discuss MD/VA/DC/WVA stuff. OK guidelines, etc. won't be discussed here.

you should ask someone who lives in OK. None of us here know what guidelines are for your state.

The removing of mask mandates will still fall to Governors to decide. Then trickle down to counties themselves. Then you factor in businesses still wanting customers to wear them too. Its definitely not an all or nothing thing just because CDC makes their recommendations.

I think the bigger hurdle states will deal with are those who have been going about their lives this entire time like its no big deal as they see no reason to get vaccinated. They've been living life how they have wanted to despite restrictions and mandates.
