  1. I remember when people thought March 2010 was gonna rock after a relaxation period and instead we torched and got slammed with rain
  2. 1 to 2 seems like a safe bet (the euro insists on only around a tenth of an inch of liquid). Some places will see a bit more. I suppose if dry air wins out some could see less. I can't see widespread 3 to 5 amounts but a narrow swath
  3. Yes the 80s may not have been great but we had solid 3 to 6" events every winter, with most years having multiple events not to mention the smaller nickel and dime types and clippers. So we could count on something. This continued through the early and mid 90s even as we had warmer winters we managed to have storms
  4. That's why it's not always about the total amount of snow but the number of snow and ice events. 93-94 had more than just about any other winter. I think the schools had like 16 days off or some crazy number like that
  5. Looks like under 2 for north of 80 and ne of the city but with ratios who knows. But like you said last night dry air is a concern
  6. Probably a good bet unless it's like 2016 where we get a one off zero degree day in February
