    At 308 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Plainfield, Summit, Clark, Union, Westfield, Rahway, Scotch Plains, Cranford, Roselle, Roselle Park, Berkeley Heights, New Providence, Kenilworth, Fanwood, Mountainside, Garwood and Springfield.

    Seems like south jersey is getting the heaviest this morning. Which is fine since they need it but modeling was further north

    Models seem to be showing about an inch of rain this week particularly nyc on south and west which would give areas that still need some rain a good soaking
