SNOWFALL TOTALS THROUGH 5PM TODAY HAVE REACHED HISTORIC VALUES AND CONTINUE TO BREAK RECORDS. IN THE 5 DAY PERIOD SINCE CHRISTMAS EVE...LAKE EFFECT SNOW BANDS HAVE DUMPED AN INCREDIBLE 82.3 INCHES AT THE BUFFALO AIRPORT.

  5. I don't know about a month. March of 2012 was extremely warm and leafout was about 2 to 3 weeks early.

  11. We never had 4 or 5 in row like this year. Managed at least 15-20" most winters in the 80s. We came close to back to back under 10" winters from 96-98

  13. I definitely remember that storm. I was at my summer job at GM and it got dark as night. It was an unusual midday event
  14. Today's still above normal with the midnight high but we should be in the low 20s by tonight to get to a -2 or 3

  18. Yeah winter was long over by that point and I doubt any of that even stuck to pavement. But it still counted and kept us from breaking the record
