  2. If we get no snow the public will deem this another bust by forecasters due to the constant hype all week by the media. Eventually we'll get hit but people won't believe its coming for real

  7. 2001-02 and 2011-12 were supposed to flip to cold and snowy as well. Sometimes it's just not in the cards.

  13. We're in the colder pattern right now. Its just nothing severe and it looks to be dry for the foreseeable future

  17. The forecasts weren't that far off but 48 hours out they were awful. Some of the models still had us getting nothing while the nam had 3 feet

  20. It was estimated as a high end cat 3 or low end cat 4 when it made landfall at cape May, so I'm guessing by the time it made it to NYC winds were still over 100 mph
