    We've had events end up with a thump of heavy wet snow and end as snizzle rather than an actual flip to rain 2/22/08 and 1/24/15 come to mind (not Juno but a few days earlier)

    If it sees it it's usually right. It's rare we luck and stay all snow if the low is onshore.

    Hard to say. Models are waffling on the strength of both systems. A minimum of 1" seems likely but could certainly be quite a bit more
