  1. I think it's both. It's not extreme, but 90-94 with humidity is pretty awful.
  2. Incredible bust. Can't remember ever getting less from a four-day forecast of severe storms and flooding.
  3. Bunch of cells just blew up from about 70 on north in the western suburbs. Just looks like a quick shot of heavy rain though.
  4. Not seeing much clearing here today.
  5. Yeah I was just getting some very distant rumbles and then the sky opened up and the wind got going. Pretty good storm with no T&L.
  6. Uh, just had something pretty interesting come close to me. I'll try to post video when I get a chance.
  7. Tornado Warning for a large area of Howard County. TVS on radarscope.
  8. This seems like it's probably going to be the main event to me. Is there really going to be a line coming through later?
  9. I actually think it looks less impressive at the end of the loop than it did earlier. Lost its hook.
  10. Does everything get warned now? That looks like a heavy shower.
  11. Severe busts, I just shrug my shoulders. Snow busts, I'm ready to throw the computer off the deck.
  12. This is looking like a bust. Activity is way too far north.
  13. The radar looks like yesterday if yesterday's activity was just pushed 50 miles south.
  14. Some distant thunder here now, but definitely much darker just southwest than due west.
  15. So much for the northern areas getting hit hard today. PA hasn't gotten much and the northern part of the line in Maryland has really fallen apart. Going to be a close call for my location. Looks like heaviest will slide south of me.
  16. Doesn't the last radar image looks like a textbook hook?
  17. Northern part of the line seems to have collapsed a bit and is not as organized. Southern part seems to be pretty formidable from Frederick and south.
  18. Line by Hagerstown seems to have strengthened significantly. Curious to see if the rest of the line follows suit.
  19. Line to the west is really booking it. Doesn't look that impressive right now, but maybe it strengthens as it heads east.
  20. Been cloudier than I expected today, but that's the case with 95% of our severe weather days it seems.
  21. What happened June 4, 2008? I don't remember that at all. Really the only true severe system I remember well was the derecho. Obviously there are certain thunderstorms that stick out in my mind.
  22. Everything seems well north and west today and all models from today seemed to indicate that's going to be the case.
