That's great. That's what smart teams do. From watching pretty much every skins game rg3 started Lamar is a much better passer...... coming from someone who cant stand the ravens.
This.
Coming from a redskins fan Lamar is a much better passer than what rg3 ever was. The first year for rg3 it was all smoke and mirrors with the perfectly designed offense from the shannahans. Once the fame went to his head it was downhill,from there.
Albert Belle would of had good several good seasons left in him but a hip injury ended his career. Now for Sammy Sosa , I dont know WTF the Orioles were thinking there.
I was trying to time it right to go to their clinching game. Ubaldo started that game so I didnt think they would win. Had tickets to the next night lol when all the regulars took off lol
Lack of developing there high draft pic pitchers and not investing in scouting , especially international scouting has really hurt them over the past 20 years or so.
I loved Buck Showalter. Did more with less. One of the best in baseball at managing a bullpen. With the exception of letting ubaldo face Encarnacion with the season on the line. You cant let the best closer in baseball that season sitting.
Hated to see Muss go but I dont blame him. O's were so dysfunctional and they low balled his offer so much that they basically were saying we dont want to sign you.
@nj2va @nw baltimore wx @Scraff
I miss hockey!
Would of been wrapping up round 1 and heading into our annual round 2 meeting against the dreadful pens lol, @yoda
Once I saw middle aged people dying of it and even younger, weeks ago it got my attention real quick and realized it was something much more than "just the flu". How many middle aged people that are generally healthy do you see die from the flu? I dont know anyone.
The measures put into place appear to be working for flattening the curve but as expected now we have the "why the hell did we do the lock down it wasnt that bad" group if people. I think sometimes the goverment has to protect people from themselves.
Ive heard if your child gets the virus and needs to be hospitalised you cant go in with them. That would be the hardest part for any parent. It would just crush my wife and I.
Sorry to hear that about your family! Cherish the time with your kiddo. Lifes so short and you never know how long you have.
My Sister lost her battle with Luekemia 2 weeks ago. 38 years old and left behind an 8 year old and 3 year old.
Definitely made me look at life a little differently and not sweat the small stuff anymore.
I agree. Social distancing is working. We need to let it run its course. Rushing it and needing to go back to tougher restrictions would be worse for the economy IMHO.
I agree. This was by far the worst winter in Smithsburg over the last 20 years that ive lived here. Even in the crap years when dca post 1.8 " for the season I still get my 10 to 15 up here.
