    Is it just me or not even being able to get any ice shows how bad it is here? There just an amazing lack of cold air working east this winter. It refuses to come this way thanks to a SER that won’t budge. Mt Everest moves more than the SER

    Even if a Nino sets up next winter there can be another factor that makes it snowy or not. There always is. Nino is just one thing but all things have to play nice to get winter wx here
