    I haven't been able to reg exercise like I used to the last couple months(shit hurts more and lingers) so to combat getting fat I've done better portion control. So thats helped. But now i'm counting calories for the booze. Like if I know I'm going to have 6 beers or so I do the math and nibble on baby carrots for a snack instead of chips or fries or donuts or pop tarts or waffles. Jesus I eat horribly

    my eating is down but def boozing more. Its not the number of days thats going up, its the amounts I drink when i do drink. 3 tall boys or 4/5 liquor drinks are nothing to me anymore.

    Yeah. It’s been on and off light/mod all night here. Already .31” 30° diff in temps. Yesterday my high was 76. Now 46°

    i worked outdoors during that. Early on they said they were in a white van. Well, I use a white van at work. Was doing a job near a school(after the little boy was shot) and that prompted a visit from a couple cop cars one day. Work logos all over the van quickly showed i wasn't a threat. But the zig zag and gassing up the car as fast as possible was a thing.

    The third straight foggy morning. 1/4 mile viz back home and little better by work. This has been one of the longer stretches of fog in the morning for multiple days
