I never think I'm getting snow. And you know what? I'm usually right!! Or at least as much as I want.

It wears on you. it really does. Then you get accused of bias and all other stuff. All we are trying to do is foster a place where good thoughts and input are made so everyone can learn and discuss. Problem is that some don't care to do whats asked and they chat away and some get far too emotional about shit they can't control. Then we have to come mop it up and because some wear their emotions on their sleeves they take it personally. It happens every year.

houseboat. Wasn't a houseboat a few years ago but rising sea levels got my yard. And all the drought rain. I'm actually a tad bit west of my dot closer to the 1.0 but still, it where snow goes to die.

i don't like to brag about the bunnies or helping the old ladies cross the road. But the snow sacrifice should be recognized. I went all out last year and most other years so that the area highlighted on my map gets the most snow.

It does need to be said but @mappy is really one of if not the best people on this board. She does care about people and friends and has a passion for weather and it shows. Happy she is a part of our forum.

i just want to remind people that for all, ALL of last winter I got 0.8" snow. The whole damn thing. A 3-4" snow? Hell yes I'm in.

I still look back at the last two years and can get happy with a 3-4" snow. Cause I didn't get dick for snow the last two years.

If you want to see why the euro is doing what its doing then go look at the 500lvl page and watch the trend over Maine. There is a noticeable press sagging down each run which smushes flow and is why its nudging south.
