  1. I really add very little. More of a detraction than asset
  2. I just grossed myself out.
  3. Do what you gotta do to stay well. if you are getting the help you need then thats great. Best of luck. Seriously
  4. Inner Harbor is the damp part of that. Or is that dundalk?
  5. I SAID: Please excuse the few people I exclude from being lumped in with others. They know who they are
  6. balt city is the scroat for the appendage
  7. And for clarification on when I say Northern tier people. This is my map. Please excuse the few people I exclude from being lumped in with others. They know who they are.
  8. I wish you get that too. i wish we all do. Thats why i root for uniform snow for all over 300" for Round Hill and 1.345676" for I-95 east. Lets just see what happens. if it busts again I'll be right there with you harrumpfing weather.
  9. His follow up is encouraging tho. Just a smart dude who helps peel back some layers
  10. i appreciate that you post like you do. Hell, you are one of the few that does. No complaints from me on where you post your thoughts.
  11. Calm down. you and I end up in the same boat for most storms and have the lower amounts compared to others. I haven't verified once so far this winter for ANY storm. I too would like to see a forecast hit for MBY. Lets just see what happens and if things do trend shitty for you and it doesn't do well then I guess you proved your point. I'm not here to make enemies. Lets have a beer one day when shit gets better. I'll cry over all my lost snow stories too. We can be like comparing shark bites in Jaws.
  12. Sure. It wasn't the "best" storm for days of snow as there was mixing for all three. But I still see it as all one storm which was spread out over a couple days and there was a lot of frozen during that time.
  13. maybe take a break? Seems like this is causing more grief than it should
  14. The storm from just a week ago that snowed off and on for 3 days was awesome. Sure we all got differing amounts but when was the last time it snowed for days straight? Given the snow drought the last two years its just nice to see it snow again.
  15. yes. not all. you and a couple others enjoy whatever falls and aren't always big dog chasing. And my comments about how northern tier people end up with good amounts isn't a knock. Its expected. You all live in a better place for snow. Its a fact. Location matters and that just means you all can get by with less and STILL do very well.
  16. To be fair, you have done well every storm. Might not have maxed out for what was forecast but done better than some. Your location makes up for losing qpf. I think thats what makes it difficult to read those who freak out over every little shift. So what you lose .25"? If you still get 5" on less because its colder thanks to your location others will need that extra .25" because its harder to get 3" let alone 5"
  17. You still have a S wind component at the onset. where that hits the confluence it will maximize precip. Just watch. Your cold temps help. Seriously.
  18. I don't think northern tier people need to sweat things as much. What we see time and again isn't so much a sudden precip shift but the benefit of cold air, confluence and ortho lift. The northern crew gets help from the precip that does get up that way and is squeezed out due to HP on the north side and juice wrung out thanks to elevation. Why else does the deathband set up where it does 9/10 times? Ratios are better as well so you all do more with less. DC needs 1" qpf to get 6" snow and y'all roll with .4" qpf and get 8" cause you get the cold air.
  19. flash flood watches for me
