It was awful out earlier while working in the yard. Been hearing thunder for at least an hour but haven't gotten any rain.

Thunder. And finally rain!

Wild Day... Driving home on Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park. About ten miles from Front Royal on Skyline Dr, strong storms came through. Stopped at overlooks and heavy cloud cover rolling up the mountain blowing across the road and then thick fog took over the mountains and road. Visibility lower than 100 feet. Heavy rain. Loud thunder and multiple flashes of lightning while in the mountains. And then it rained the whole way home through VA, WV, and Maryland except the rained stopped while passing through Ellicott City and then rained the rest of the way home. Great driving weather...

Strong storm moving through Pasadena. High winds and very heavy rain. Constant Thunder + Lightning. Power went out for a few minutes (rare for that to happen). Humidity was awful this evening during my walk before the storm moved in. Drenched.

Some really neat storm clouds on Tuesday night. Been a long time since I got some decent storm cloud pics!

Strong winds, heavy rain, and even some pea sized hail earlier! First time seeing hail in a long time(years)! Noticed a lot of small branches and even some moderate sized branches down throughout the Pasadena area near the Patapsco River.

More rain. Fun! 41 Degrees

Porch, Sidewalks, and roads are just wet. Trees are icy.

In a lull right now. Mod-Heavy Snow for hours. Never noticed any sleet though. 4.50-5 inches.

Definitely sounded like thunder but don't see any lightning strikes on the maps.

Heavy snow. Everything covered except for the road. 28.9 Degrees

Spent the day on the shore (Rock Hall, Chestertown, Eastern Neck NWR). Chilly day. Car temp read 39 the whole day. Nice halo around the sun as the clouds rolled in. Looked like it would be a nice sunset but it clouded up too much.

I really like how long the snow has stayed on the trees with the minimal wind. Pretty cool walking around in the woods today in the late afternoon with the sun shining and a blue sky and a lot of snow left on the trees. Usually around here snow doesn't last long on the trees.

Awesome afternoon/evening. About 30-40 minutes before "sunset" you could see brightening in the sky to the North (BC/BCo) direction. Then snow started to pick up. Accumulating snow began at about 445. Roads are completely covered. Started to get heavy about 45 minutes ago. Hardest since this morning. Big flakes too.

5.75-6 inches so far. Had a lull but intensity has picked up. Bigger flakes now.

Really like the second pic. I love that park. It is so pretty there in the fall. I bet the views from the overlook of the mountains/river look amazing in the snow.

Beautiful morning out there. Looks like 5+ inches out there. Really like that the wind is low since it has accumulated very nicely on the trees.

Snowing nicely earlier on Stoney Creek. Visibility was low and couldn't see much past the channel marker.

A nice walk around the neighborhood. Started my walk with spotting a fox standing in the middle of the street and ended up seeing the fox again at the end of my walk. A nice treat! ~0.50 as of 8:15 PM.
