  1. I can’t tell if the pink is mixing or super heavy snow, I think the latter?
  2. Every storm everyone worries about rain. This is not winter 2020 anymore. This is not a rain threat based on current guidance.
  3. Not worried about nyc mixing when the heavy snow axis still extends well to the SE
  4. A small west shift would actually probably plaster the city and immediate burbs. It would take pretty big shift to create mixing issues for the city, would have to shift 100 miles which isn’t likely under 2 days out
  5. Agree rates will be similar but much faster, 3-6 is a good call for the metro with maybe more on LI
  6. One more tick west and its winter storm warning level snow again
  7. They did pretty good last storm ratios were higher than 10:1 even near the coast for a lot of the storm
  8. It was tucked a few days ago. Now models are trending toward euro before and euro is too far se. I’d expect it to come around at 12z at this point
  9. Even for nyc to jackpot which I am not necessarily even hoping for ACY usually has to at least mix
  10. It’s been a long time southern nj got totals like that, the air is not artic yet and nothing to keep this from coming north so the more it amps I think the more nw it comes
  11. I think he meant in terms of se areas of the city getting more than nw areas of the city. This is possible depending on how amped and how far nw it gets.
  12. Agree I would lean toward NAM type solution but maybe a little less qpf
