  1. The summer of clouds and humidity. I had another heavy shower today. This dry, cool spell sure has been humid and damp lol. I'm looking forward to the first real frontal passage of the fall. Sudden strong NW winds and dry, cool air, with blue sky.
  2. Shame nice weather always comes with smoky a sky. I agree though. Beautiful.
  3. Summer 2025 The cloudy summer.
  4. Models love spitting out stuff that happens once every 500 years. They do it all winter, but we're use to that lol
  5. No one mentioned how the GFS drives a major cane right up through the region next week?
  6. NWS just issued epic weather warnings in effect until midnight for the entireregion. Get those grills out, mix those drinks, roll those joints and get outside ASAP.
  7. I guess the front didn't make it to southern AA County. I'm in Deal and it's cloudy, damp, and humid. I needed nice conditions today.
  8. I spent yesterday standing in full sun and brutal temperatures. I wanted to tie my plants up ahead of the storms. I got about an inch of rain but nothing the plants couldn't of handled. Today is cloudy and 70. I could of done it today. I almost died for nothing lol
  9. It went from hot and nasty to cool and nasty. Reminds me of fall lol
  10. Try running a business that does exterior painting lol. I had today as a full day of work and dry conditions. This July has been horrid.
  11. I was imagining a clear blue sky, bright sunshine and a cool breeze. In reality I got drizzle, clouds, and a cool breeze. I'll take it!
  12. Thunderstorm #2 moving through now. It's a garden verity type storm. My garden is enjoying it. Radar is interesting, to say the least. I hope everyone gets a good storm. It looks like a stormy evening across the area.
  13. MBY got nailed from round 1. Probably over an inch so far today.
  14. It looks like the lowlands are about to get the goods.
  15. I've spent the past several hours putting up a support system for my cannabis plants. It's been brutal as hell. The plants are huge and I'm on a ladder in the blazing sun. Two down, two to go. I'm trying to beat the heavy rains. I don't want these large ladies getting bet up this evening.
  16. I've gotten use to the heat and humidity. I work outside all day. Today I was in Deal, MD applying polly sand to a paver patio. It was partly shaded and their was a nice breeze. I'm looking forward to a nice rain tomorrow for my cannabis ladies.
  17. Holy shit. I was in Crownsville pressurewashing a pier. I'm not paying attention to the sky. Suddenly I hear thunder. I look back towards his house and lightning strikes the trees across the street from his house. I'm standing there with a lance in my hand with water shooting out the end. I kept going lol Edit: Now im in Parole and it's dumping buckets.
  18. Radar looked promising during the night but nothing here in the South River watershed. Hopefully everyone gets a good soaker this evening.
  19. I guess i have to carry on without the thunderstorm. The 200mg cookie and fat joint are a lock. It doesn't feel that bad out there today. Yesterday tried to kill me but my ac trick was there lol
  20. Radar folded faster than a WSW in January lol. Hopefully it juices back up again.
  21. My entire childhood it seemed every storm went north of me and hit Glen Burnie. They still do. That place is a magnet for storms. I'd be interested to see a map of thunderstorm frequency over the past 100 years. It would be interesting to see if some areas do better then others. Besides the obvious areas like Stephen City lol
  22. Swwwwww... nasty out there. I worked in my garden this morning, cleaned my work truck, now off to wash a house in Ellicott City. Bob Chill, you're not alone grinding in this heat. I'll be ready for a tall lemonade, 200mg cookie, and a fat joint to go with a nice thunderstorm this evening.
  23. The drought monitor says different lol. I know it's frustrating but your area is no difference than anywhere else. When the worm turns, look out. NAM brings storms into your area this evening.
  24. I figured you would be. Even I'm watching it down here to your SE. It's unusual for storms over Carroll County to effect my area. It looks like there's some outflow running out ahead of it. We'll see.
  25. Brutal out there. I polly sanded a paver patio this morning and stained a deck this afternoon. It was a beast in this heat. My truck has been reading 100 degrees for the past hour.
