Perfect! This winter sounds like a good one. Remember last fall? Everything looked amazing. We had a week of winter lol. I wouldn't concern yourself with some dudes guess. My guess is we snow town.
I missed out on most of the rain last night. I did have a showery night. I actually had to water my plants because what we had didn't hardly get the ground wet under the canopy of the plants. It's not dry here at all. It's just cannabis plants like steady watering when in well drained soil. There's definitely a fall vibe in the air today.
Keep that hail to the west. I don't need that hitting my cannabis plants. Just cloudy and humid here. There's definitely a jungle vibe out there this evening.
Somehow I've gotten into chiggers and they tore my ankles up. I'm ready for 50 degrees and cloudy lol. It's a beautiful evening. Classic dog days of summer vibe out here this evening.
Cloudy here too. I hope it totally ruins our run at extreme heat. Heat is the only weather we do right and it's the only weather i hope fails. Give me nuking cold blast and wind. That's fine. I'll hike all day in that.
Surprisingly it doesn't feel as humid as it did last evening. Next week looks great. Sunny, temps below 80 and lower humidity. We just need to get past the next few days.
My fall fever is strong this morning. I could hear geese in the distance, I could see my breath (yesterday morning) and the smell of flowering cannabis is filling the air in my neighborhood. Ahhhhhh.. false fall.
My high cannabis plants didn't seem to notice the 50 degree low temperature in the garden this morning. They looked like they had their normal positive vibes.
Total case of fall fever kicked in today. That wind blew up my shirt this morning and made me shiver for a second. What a awesome weather day. On days like today I love working outside.
I think it fills in and a big, slow moving line of storms crawls across the area overnight. It's a tropical jungle out here. The woods are extremely loud this evening. Time to spark one up and go for an evening walk.
That was one of the best rainers all summer.
1.85" in a little over an hour. The .60 I received last night makes this a very wet day for the watershed where I live.
I hope it does. It's still pouring here. The lightning seems to have increased in the past 15 minutes and the rain has that pounding sound again. This is making up for the skimpy tropical remnant.
I'm getting nailed with heavy tropical rain. It seems to just keep coming. Creeks are flash flooding. The South River watershed is getting flushed this evening. Flash flooding hitting route 450 as I type.
I know you live in the woods. How about the annual cicadas right now? Holy crap. The tropical jungle vibe is off the charts right now. I'm getting ready to get nailed with a good storm. Good excuse to spark up a little something.
