    The worst flooding I've ever had on my property was one of these mid-winter rains of only ~0.50". When those corn fields are frozen solid, there's nowhere for that rain to go and it accumulates FAST.

    Rural DeKalb county is basically shut down today. Road crews can't keep up with the drifting. The cold is brutal.
