  1. I'm expecting them to switch our watch to an advisory. I'm prepared for a shutout though.
  2. Totally agree, that's why this sub was created years ago.
  3. In all seriousness, you guys are looking good over there. What a winter!
  4. If you want to ride a roller coaster go to the main thread lol
  5. @csnavywx we'd be buried in St Mary's if the Euro is anywhere close to being right
  6. you talking about the one tonight? we seem to be pretty close to something that will cause problems with these temps
  7. Parents near Frankford estimated about 10". Back roads were dicey everywhere.
  8. Hope you guys over on the shore enjoy this one! My parents are about 5 miles inland from Bethany so I'm slightly jealous. Will be one to remember!
  9. Just had thunder in Hollywood with the heavy snow
  10. Haha seems like things have been trending better and better!
  11. My parents moved from LaPlata to Frankford, DE about a year ago and always fascinated by the different climate over near the beach. Will be interested to see if they get any snow at all with the upcoming storm in Southern DE.
  12. Hey I'm still here lurking. Hopefully we are good for at least a few inches on the western shore!
  13. Nope not yet. And just confirmed with friends down in Ridge that they haven't seen anything yet either...
  14. Moderate snow at least in Hollywood. As soon as it went from sleet to snow, snow started sticking immediately, even on roads.
  15. Hope everyone is enjoying this! I believe we are around 4-5" in Hollywood. Impossible to measure as others have noted. Base is opening at 11 but no way roads will be any better by then. Looking at the traffic cameras, 235 looks pretty sketchy.
  16. Really pulling for you guys over on the Eastern Shore. As we all know these are rare events where this sub-forum cashes in. The main thread is so painful to read with all of the whining, complaining, and wishcasting lol.
  17. I'd estimate around an inch or 2 on non-paved surfaces after onset yesterday. Appeared to have some melting over night. Steady light snow now.
