I know full well the risks, and I won't go back on this....but this is a pattern moving forward that I will go to war with. N stream dominant-late bloomers. Figured to get a pattern like this in a la nina with a neg NAO, and its finally here. Not perfect with neg PNA, but it can still work.

Heh....s stream does end up sending something that almost phases w N stream 1/22. I find it hard to believe we won't end up with something decent this week.

I added to the post...I mean the SW energy iteration of the event. Its clear that energy is hanging back.

I'm declaring 1/22-23 dead, unless we see drastic changes, quickly....as far as the SW contribution goes, anyway....the N stream could always compensate. Gonna have to hope for the clipper.
