Yea, I mentioned additional light accumulations Tues night into early Wed....that's how a few areas may crawl to near 18" for 3 day total.

The upper tier of the ranges are never meant to be widespread...localized banding under max ratios...most likely ne corner of state or SE NH. Most spots 12-15".

Whenever unsure about H7 RH, go conservative.....course of least regret. 9/10 times there is a reason you are conservative and its warranted...trust your instinct.
