    Nice snow squall here. Started around 9:30 and lasted about 15-20 minutes. Stuck on my gravel driveway and cars but paved roads are only wet. Very nice to look at while it lasted.

    I have always been a Yankee fan, but being in between NYC and PHL my second favorite is the Philly's. Truth be told, I would have loved the Orioles to have advanced. My preference now would be a Yankees/Philadelphia world series, but either one of which would be a huge media draw.

    The Philly area forum is often mocked as having so few posts. My take is we are serious about the weather and especially potential snow and don't post a lot of worthless banter in our main weather thread. That said, I am hoping for some good winter northeasterns this year that affect DC thru Boston. It's been so long.
