Longest day in golfing yesterday. Apparently they’ve never played in the NH Fourball Championship. Lol 36 holes of fourball at Owl’s Nest tomorrow.

Not sure it’s actually a shortwave though. Follow it backwards, looks like convectively driven vorticity to me. Don’t get me wrong, it can work, but worried we’re missing the S & L of SLIM.

Are we relying on the previous days convection for a trigger?

What an amazing morning! Crisp and refreshing and the pollen has been (probably temporarily) washed away.

Correct. Yesterday was glorious. 1st good Saturday weather of year for golf.

Pollen is so bad. About to hose off my truck, porch, driveway and kids swing

As expected. Never had a chance here. Probably didn’t even rain. Doubt we get anything today. Stein is here. Can put lawn mower away.

I’d just take some rain to turn off the yellow filter.

I had noticed the same but they seem to be returning now. Noticed them last couple days.

Have to wait until after dark? This is DOA.

I just assume all high clouds are smoke at this point.
