  1. My driveway is around 100’ long. It flares to 30 feet wide near the house and is maybe 10 feet wide at the narrowest before flaring again. I also do part of my front yard and the walkway so we can get my MIL in the house easier from time to time.
  2. It is much lighter than my old Craftsman which is good and bad.
  3. I bought an EGo last winter. So far I mostly like it. The model I have doesn’t allow for powered steering. We haven’t had any big snowstorms to really test it. I can get most of my driveway (sometimes all of it) on one charge (it has 2 batteries). It throws the snow really well. Chews through the plow piles well. Zero maintenance. You might want to get a second set of batteries ($$$). I have several of their tools so they are interchangeable. It is 24” wide.
  4. Charlton must get getting whacked right now. tiny snow and sleet grains here
  5. Cleared of our daughter’s car for her to head to work the lifts at Wachusett. Very little ice on the trees but probably 0.15-0.2 on her car. smart call to close schools up here in the hill towns.
  6. Yeah. Still sitting in the 20s right now. Ice ice baby
  7. Gardner was salted the shit out of the roads. Hubbardston…nada
  8. Similar here driving back from Wachusett. Big flakes in Westminster and Gardner that flipped to sleet.
  9. Depends on where you are... our area has looked borderline for a while... now it looks pretty likely that it will be icy
  10. GFS, NAM, and HRRR (plus the Euro to a lesser extent) keeps tonight's weather all snow, ice , or freeing rain for my area... tomorrow morning's drive might suck.
  11. Someday take a drive down what passes for a “road” here. It’s bad enough without the plow destroying it more. Drop salt!
