  1. It's an anomaly. That area usually cleans up BIG!
  2. Obviously the Euro if you're going by the general forecast, but likely won't know until tomorrow. I'd say just about 100% that the Euro will verify.
  3. Tomorrow around this time is when you trust the NAM. Right now Euro and GFS are converging which is all you need to know for now.
  4. Big difference between where you measured in Wilmington and the Reading / Wakefield line by 128. We had 20" .... Easy!
  5. Bitter comment. Garbage storm? If you are that emotional about who gets the most snow, then you should have grabbed a hotel on a line somewhere on a line from Newburyport to Boston to Taunton. Some of the best Winter conditions in years!
  6. 16" gets Boston into Top 5 and 25" gets them #1 all time.
  7. Looks like we are getting some of the goods here in Reading. Just a bit more and get full goods!
  8. I'm sorry. You're right. It was the Euro, but you get the idea. It's common for snow totals to come down as you get closer to game time on large events! You should know that since I've seen you on this forum for the better part of a decade. The reason I posted this time around is because of the magnitude of what was possible. It doesn't look like we'll get 4 feet. We'll likely get 2 feet in the Boston area and I'm OK with that.
  9. Boston is going wind up with a #1 all time snowfall from this and people are ready to jump off a bridge because the NAM isn't printing 35-40" anymore. That was expected BTW. You people are out of your minds.
  10. This storm is likely going to alter the coastal landscape permanently in those favored areas that take on water during storms like this one! Very, very dangerous situation in those areas especially.
