Snow near Annapolis. Pure sideways.

 

Grass is maybe 1" of snow. Deck is bare. Drifts are easily 1.5 to 2 feet. I'm being blown clear by the 25-30mph sustained winds I've got at ground level.

Looks at least 13 inches out. 3' drifts on the road. Tried to get down to the water but will wait, didn't feel like walking in 3' drifts.

You can just make out the large barn about a 100 yards up the hill. Thats a four board fence.

Took this pic at 8am in Germantown. Visibility is around 300 feet. I-270 should be back there around 500 feet, but it's completely gone.

Mark. Busy at work, but as of last measurement I had, we gotta be pushing 2'. The best part is we are literally sitting on the edge of the snow bands as they pop to our east and pivot over us. 30" is a given at this point.
