Everything in balance people.

You might not realize it, but if you had snow and cold all of the time, your love of snow and cold would eventually fade.

i dont think so. Even in 2009/2011...i was ready for more and thats after getting 90 inches

Lol at ppl that hate windows open weather and flowers.

I don't hate it. In fact, I love going down to Williamsburg in the spring once it warms up. They really do a great job with the flowers, landscaping, etc. I just find certain pollen uncomfortable, namely, oak trees. Once June hits, the pollen issue is over for me, though I know that's not the case for some.

Not me...if it was up to me, it would be winter from late October to May at least. Spring in June, summer in July and early August, fall from late August to late October.

In what way? Wet? About 50% of the monthly rainfall fell on one day, so there was one soaker in there. DCA had 5 days with highs in the 60s,  11 days with highs in the 70s, 12 days with highs in the 80s and 2 in the 90s. Lows were comfortable. Avg temp was in the mid-60s.

May was miserable last year.

I love every season..that's one of the reasons I'm still living here.

I'll never understand why people hate summer, either. Yeah it's muggy, but we're also treated to thunderstorm activity, barbecues, nights filled with the sound of crickets and cicadas, and the smell of gun powder on the eve of the 4th. I love it.
