NorthArlington101
Well here we are with another minor threat that will either not materialize or only produce for the I-81 corridor. What can go wrong?
ers-wxman1
There will be some icing issues for most places west of 95 tomorrow
ers-wxman1
It will be a bit worse than what the models are showing. It is a known bias that guidance scours the CAD wedge to quickly. Any precip that comes in should fall as light ZR/Drizzle, even a bit of sleet. West of the Blue Ridge will stay socked in below freezing much of the day. Eskimo Joe
MAV/MET MOS looks to keep most of I-95 N&W below freezing through the entire Monday AM commute. Would love to see a surprise 0.25" ice.

NorthArlington101
It really seems like NWS is standing on its own with basically the possibility of precipitation early in the morning, correct me if I'm wrong.

PhineasC
December 8th NWS only called for trace ice amounts for this area and that forecast busted bad. Got .25" on all surfaces except main roads. I guess it might have been a more localized event not sure .Your location may as well be 1000 miles from DCA and BWI in marginal events. I got a glaze in Fairfax but I wouldn't call it a big deal because the roads were too warm that morning.
