NorthArlington101
Looking like a good storm for those south and east of DC, and they do share this forum, so I figured this should be started? I still think we will scrape out an inch.

CAPE
I've never had much luck with these southern sliders here. Even though most models show some qpf, just historically when the axis of heavy snow is as far east as it is, Salisbury and the beaches typically can get a few inches, but not much falls NW of there. That said it bears watching and every storm is unique.
yoda
Looks like 18z RGEM is 0.06 or so for DCA reading the meteograms... prob 2mm

WxUSAF
How close is the 0.1 line? Looks like about 50 miles SE of DCA? A GEFS mean QPF chart for a 36-48hr event is pretty useless, especially on the edge of a storm.
