BDL...45/44 with a North wind of 7mph HFD...59/56 with a South wind of 13G28mph Probably won't see that all too often where BDL is 15F colder and flags pointing south, while south winds are moving over HFD with humid/warm conditions. I thought something broken was going on seeing my wind has been out of the NE since midnihgt. Temp climbing rapidly though. 39.1/38 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've noticed it thru the years. It's always been a notch lower than the surrounding ones(ASOS) when it comes to these systems. I made the comment the other day that I wonder if it's a siting issue. It's about 100' away from some hanger buildings that are to the SSE of it and there is a bit of a knoll on the S side where there a pine trees. That is about 500' away to the treeline.
