birdsofprey02
Actually heard the following on the radio this morning........there's no snow, so no worries about the weather impacting your commute. Was anyone really broadcasting legit snow as a possibility? Anyway, cold air was slow to move in. Felt kinda warm when I left this morning at 6:15. Yes, I saw on WJZ yesterday afternoon that central MD was expecting a coating. Their website now says possible flurries. JBerk also said it should leave top of cars and trashcans white (again, this was yesterday afternoon). Either way, it was being locally broadcasted. It was 52 degrees when I left Bel Air this morning.
das
Driving down 27 in Mount Airy and saw my first SHA snowwplow on I-70....only in Maryland. I put the winter tires on the car this weekend. It all but guaranteed a fizzling flizzard was the max snowfall potential for today. I should have told SHA. 51F when I left the house at 5:50am. 35.6F now (at 7:58am). BTRWx
From LWX: "THERE IS EVIDENCE OF RECENT COOLING OF CLOUD TOPS ACROSS THE EASTERNMID ATLANTIC AND ANY SHOWER ENHANCEMENT SHOULD OCCUR IN THE NEXT FEWHOURS ACROSS I-95 AND SOUTHERN MARYLAND." There seems to be a moistening composite radar at least.

wxmeddler
Not a lot of days where it is 12 degrees cooler at noon than it was at 6am. WxChallenge in New Hamshire had same issue, a lot of people put 32 as the "high" but it ended up being 43 at midnight!
